Tony Halker: Chief Executive

Following an early career in Geology and Geophysics instrumentation and with a structured background in international product management, Tony has 20 years experience of developing small and large equipment business in both growing and challenging markets as Managing Director and Chief Executive. He has an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and has grown geophysics instrumentation, graphics imaging equipment and chemicals businesses.

John Howell: Operations Director

John has 15 years experience in senior executive positions working in small & large manufacturing  and service organisations in the US and UK. He was Managing Director for a Division of Siemens Power Transmission & Distribution Inc, serving the worldwide utility market, and Chief Executive of Advanced Technology, a wireless communication provider to the security and water utility industry. He has in depth knowledge of the North American and African markets. John is responsible for production and customer technical support.

David Vincent PhD: Technical Director

David's background is in designing instrumentation including hardware and software development. Formerly with Siemens, managing teams of engineers to achieve technically challenging goals within tight budgetary constraints. David spent 3 years in Mexico, project managing a petrochemical plant. David's technical ability has seen the development of new techniques and the introduction of new materials into the two products, giving the company a competitive foothold. David is responsible for engineering & development.

Stephen Gill: Business Development Director

Stephen held directorships for 10 years in aerospace engineering, manufacturing safety critical components and has provided specialist consultancy for manufacturing companies. He has in depth marketing and manufacturing knowledge of markets in Germany, Netherlands, Eastern Europe, South Africa, China and Russia. His skills with procurement have maintained high standard of components ensuring a quality product is produced. Steve is responsible for business development of partners and OEMs.

Roy Pointer: Non Executive Chairman

Roy was the CEO of Anglian Water up to November 2004 and Deputy Chairman for 2005. He considers himself a 'Lifer' to the water industry. Starting initially as finance/internal audit in 1978, his career stepped him through the ranks, reaching board status within a major utility. A chartered engineer by trade, Roy brings a wealth of contacts and experience working within a utility regulated environment.

Bob Baty OBE: Non Executive Director

Bob Baty OBE has more than forty five years experience in the water industry. A Civil Engineer by trade, Bob recently retired from his position of Chief Executive for South West Water, a position he had held since 1996.

Awarded the OBE in 2002 for excellence in services to the water industry, Bob's experience spans all aspects of water and waste management from both a technical and managerial stance.

He is also a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineers, a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Water and Environmental Management, a Fellow of the Institute of Water Officers and a Companion of the Institute of Management.

Pemberstone Group

A property development company with a private VC arm specialising in seed stage investments, Pemberstone invested in Intellitect Water before proof of concept with the product at prototype stage. Pemberstone followed their initial investment with a second con-investment with Credit Suisse.

Modal Capital Partners

A wholly owned subsidiary of Credit Suisse, MCP investment puts Intellitect Water on a sound financial footing enabling Intellitect Water to deliver products to a worldwide market dealing directly with utilities, government authorities and corporate clients.
