The Intellisonde has been designed for continuous direct insertion into drinking water pipes and the materials used in its construction have been selected for compatibility in contact with potable water.

The Intellisonde has been tested to comply with the standard BS6920 (‘Suitability of non-metallic materials and products for use in contact with water intended for human consumption with regard to their effect on the quality of the water’).
